Delivery conditions and pricing
The products are delivered to the name and delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.
In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible impact on the delivery time indicated to you.
In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you have the option of canceling the order under the conditions and procedures defined in article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code.
In the event of deliveries by Colissimo La Poste, or Mondial Relay, Plantéric (Ink Scar Tattoo) cannot be held responsible for the delay in delivery.
Shipping costs are linked to carrier rates. However, handling and packaging costs are applied when the order is validated and are of the order of 0.84 euros excluding tax or 1 €uros including tax.
The prices below are excluding tax and will be displayed directly including tax on your order.

Mondial Relay prices
Generally, packages are prepared the same day and sent the following working day (except public holidays, holiday periods and/or busy periods: confinement, sales, promotions). To this deadline we must add delivery.
The delivery time mentioned for Colissimo in the best case in France and for all types of delivery is: within 48 hours.
The delivery time mentioned for Colissimo in the best case in Europe and for all types of delivery is: D+3.
For returns, the deadlines are identical under the same conditions and at the prices above.
The delivery time mentioned by Mondial Relay in the best case in France is: D+3
The delivery time mentioned by Mondial Relay in the best case in Spain is: D+5
The same goes for returns.
Any anomalies concerning delivery (damage, open package, damaged package, broken or missing products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reservations" accompanied by the customer's signature, photos are additional proof . The customer must immediately notify Plantéric customer service so that a complaint can be made to the carrier at the address: help@inkscartattoo.com. Plantéric will be responsible for replacing unusable products.
The return of packages is not the responsibility of the customer if they have chosen Colissimo with signature or under the following conditions: damage to the package on arrival, products damaged on arrival (damage), complaint within 14 days, return in new condition and in its original packaging. In the event of damage, a clear photo of the product, or the packaging will be requested as proof of its condition.
In the event of loss of the product during the journey, Planteric (Ink Scar Tattoo) will not be held responsible, but can nevertheless undertake to investigate the reasons for this incident and thus inform, if necessary, the customer who placed the order (or claim).
Return labels will be provided by Planteric (INK SCAR Tattoo website) upon request by email to the following address: help@inkscartattoo.com, whether it is a Mondial Relay or Colissimo return.
If, however, the customer considers that it will be in his favor to do the process himself at a post office or relay point , he must inform Planteric (Ink Scar Tattoo) by return email before printing the Return label provided by Planteric (Ink Scar Tattoo) at: help@inkscartattoo.com.
Instructions for making your return will be sent to you by email.
In the case of a return by the customer, the Colissimo pricing in France excluding VAT in €uros is identical to the Colissimo price without signature mentioned above.
Mondial Relay prices are identical to the shipping costs when ordering.
